Frenship ISD introduced that Lela Vela, FISD director of finance, has been chosen as a 2022 Increase Award receiver by the Texas Affiliation of University Business enterprise Officers.

Vela has been with the Frenship family for 10 years, serving in several roles in just the Frenship ISD Organization Office environment which include Accountant, Coordinator of Accounting, and now Director of Finance. Not only is Vela an lively member of TASBO, earning their highest certification of Registered Texas University Company Administrator, but she also participates in various local community and Frenship committees and serves as a mentor to younger organization professionals and students.
